Wardrobes With Children

So I love how so many people say give your kids the responsibility of their own wardrobe but I would love to meet a parent who has managed to convince there child not to take all their clothes out and change about 6 times a day.

Originally I had all my girls clothes in their room and they had separate cupboards and I said they could get their own clothes out each day, but I swear it was just 10 times harder for me.

I was constantly having to re-fold clothes and pick them up each day to put them back away because the girls were obsessed with changing outfits every 2 secs and know matter how many times I told them to put the clothes back away, it drove me insane that they weren’t back correctly and in order and I no that is my choice but it was just something that I had to do.

So my solution has been that all our clothes are in our spare room and they each have their own wardrobes that they are responsible for but they know if they take something out they have to make sure it is still neat and tidy plus it means I can limit the amount of changes they decide to do a day.

Here was the start of when I did all the changes and each box has a different style of clothes from singlets through to there winter pj’s, it just makes it world easier for me and also putting away clothes is a whole lot fast when they are all in one place 🙂

Talk again soon CC ❤
